Check out Hudson Valley Restaurant. The website gives a full list of restaurants and many menus are listed there. I tend to gravitate towards the restaurants that post their menu so I’m sure to like something on the menu. Spring Restaurant week starts  today Monday March 9th! There are tons of restaurants participating this year. Prefix lunch menu $20.95 and dinner $29.95. I am in desperate need to find new restaurants in Westchester! (Frequent trips to the city adding up miles) so I figured I would take this opportunity and try out new places I have never been before. There are so many yummy options and I’m going to try to hit up a few before it ends on Sunday March 22nd. It’s great for a date night or to catch up with old friends. Many of the restaurants are on Opentable for you to book online reservations. Also some of the restaurants exclude Friday and Saturdays. I will be writing my reviews as I hit up these spots.

My picks this year are:

Gaucho Grill Argentinean Steakhouse in White Plains, New York: This restaurant was gorgeous! Beautiful chandeliers and white booths. Complimentary Valet parking and very friendly staff. I ordered mozzarella in carozza, flat grilled iron steak cooked to perfection with mushrooms and a delicious brandy sauce. The highlight of the night was the tres leches cake! Soaked in sweet condensed milk..goodness! Great for a special occasion!

Yonkers Brewing Company in Yonker’s NY: I could not wait to check this place out. During Big Brew Fest my fav beer was from them, the Petit Wit! I came here for lunch and ordered from the #hvrw menu! Our waitress was super sweet, so we had great service! I had the honey blonde beer that was so smooth and delicious! I had the crispy garlic Parmesan wings..so tasty!  I also ordered the chicken wit salad along with the Witbier(that I brought home in a growler because I loved it so much!) I ended it with a delicious creamy cheesecake! And we took a 6pack of the yonkers IPA home! They also conduct tours of the brewery so I will def be back for that!

105 Ten Bar and Grill in Briarcliff Manor, NY: yum! So happy I tried this place for restaurant week!! The drunken mussels! a big hit for me and the hubby, the sauce it sits with(beer involved) along with the spicy crumbled sausage👌👌 The place is beautiful! I love the ambiance and the service was awesome! I had the grilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese and portobello mushrooms  with mashed potatoes and asparagus  for entree and a caramel flan for dessert. My daughter loved the kids menu that comes with dessert! They have a great wine and beer list. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend and I am happy to say I found a new go to restaurant! (10 minutes from my house)

Cedar Street Grill in Dobbs Ferry, NY: I added this restaurant after seeing Kate Schlientz posts on Instagram and Twitter I knew I had to add this to my list! Wednesday night is Oyster Night (1$ Oysters all night long)..that’s when I will be attending!! I went on a Monday night for girls night…Cute lil spot on Cedar Street. On Mondays it’s half off bottles of wine! So of course we had to pop a bottle.. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations! Jimmy our waiter was great and talked us into the brusselsprouts.(and we thought we didn’t like Brussels sprouts..now we do) it was in some delicious maple syrup sauce with nuts and ham?! I dunno what it was but we were contemplating going on a brusselsprout diet. Fried pickles were amazing with a yummy dipping sauce. Fried chicken and the sriracha sauce was also a big hit! I think they should bottle that sauce up and sell it! Then for dessert we got the salted caramel cheesecake! Best cheesecake ever.. And did I mention they serve brunch on Sunday’s Chicken and Waffles?! (As seen on Instagram) I’m there!

Graziella’s Italian Bistro in White Plains, NY: Me and my mother ate here on a Sunday early evening. Service was great and food was excellent! I got the homemade cavatelli with hot sausage and broccoli rabe along with the mushroom appetizer and Napoleon cake for dessert. It was delicious! My mother also enjoyed it and she’s hard to please!

Zuppa in Yonkers, NY
