What I stuffed my face with:
Mofongo: OMG I’m a big fan of PR cuisine. One of My fav dishes is Mofongo (mashed green plantain (tostone) with garlic.. This one was delicious with fried pork and drizzle of spicy chipotle sauce on top.
Ramen Burger: A yummy burger with a ramen noodle in place of a bun with soy sauce…i had to try it and I’m glad I did.. very tasty..
Doughnut from Dough: I’m not a big doughnut person but I make an exception for Dough.
Thai inspired Rolled Ice cream from Roll and Chill.. made on the spot.
C Bao Asian Buns.. pork chicken and duck bao buns .. yum
Other things I wanted but was too stuffed to eat:
Sober Papusas: Because I have never had a Pupusa and I’m eager to try one.
Big Mozz Pizza and Mozzarella sticks
Federoff’s South Philly Cheese steak
Wowfulls.. These fully loaded waffles look amazing
Rainbow Drop Cake this jelly cake made from gelatin looks pretty interesting.
